Please Note: Our kitchen processes fish, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and soy. We offer gluten-free and vegan options, but we are not a gluten-free or vegan kitchen. We do not allow outside food or drink consumption in our dining room or patio area.


Our bagels take two days to make, which is why they are so delicious. 

They are a dense style bagel with some chew to them, not soft and sweet.

They are not Montreal bagels. They are not New York bagels. 

They are Arizona bagels.

We bake our bagels fresh every day, in limited quantities, with more being produced on Saturday mornings for our restaurant brunch menu, which starts at 9 am. (Please see menu.)

Just want a bagel and cream cheese? Or a few bagels to go?

Absolutely! Just keep in mind, we are not a bagel shop, we are a restaurant that just happens to serve fantastic bagels, therefore,

 they are first come, first served. 

We cannot guarantee availability.

If you would like to order a dozen bagels for Saturday "pick-up & go,"

cut off time is Thursday at 5 pm. Ask about schemer to-go too!
